Almagro had to fight for the first set but right now Robredo his playing through gritted teeth and Almagro has an early break in the 2nd set.

Tommy is serving for the 3rd set...

...and he takes it.

What a turn up for the books. Apparently the last time he took a set off Almagro was 2007. lol. The crowd were urging Tommy over the finish line. They want their moneysworth after the rather tame Ferrer Anderson match. Has Tommy found a second wind. Again.

Brutal rallies. I think that was the last gasp from Robredo.

Almagro leaves the court. Since when were players allowed to take a bathroom break between games when there is no change of end? Wait for the boos when he returns.

My TV feed is showing the Tsonga match. From what you are describing @ed, I am glad Rafa does not have to face an Armada member before the finals potentially!

Its 2 sets all now? Okay, Tommy wins this and Almagro will check himself into a mental institution............

rafaisthebest , 6/2/13 4:16 PM

The winner actually is Ferru, he will munch on either of these tired guys like yesterday.......

Hello semis!!

rafaisthebest , 6/2/13 4:18 PM

Riveting stuff though isn't it?

ed251137 , 6/2/13 4:36 PM

Almugro the CHOKER.

RT @juanjo_sports: "One of the main reasons why Almagro has never made "the leap" is his utter lack of a transition game. The forecourt might as well be a trapdoor that leads to hell, as far as Almagro is concerned. Never looks to come after one of his missiles."

Corretja, are you listening?

rafaisthebest , 6/2/13 4:50 PM

Meanwhile a routine demolition of Troicki by Tsonga is taking place on Chartrier.

ed251137 , 6/2/13 4:54 PM

What to do with Nico?

rafaisthebest , 6/2/13 5:06 PM

Draw dropping comeback by Tommy. Chapeau.

ed251137 , 6/2/13 5:06 PM

Before Almagro passes away, he should make sure that his brain is donated for scientific research. I am not even joking....

tj600 , 6/2/13 5:08 PM

If Tommy never wins another match, he will remember RG '13 for the rest of his life.
