    5/28/13 3:35 AM | Cheryl Murray
Wawrinka begins Paris campaign against De Bakker Switzerland's Stanislas Wawrinka, back in the top 10 again after a fantastic spring clay swing, will take on Dutchman Thiemo De Bakker in his first match at the French Open.

If Stanislas Wawrinka is healthy, he could be in a good position to make a deep run in Paris this year. He has had a fantastic clay-court season, with a title in Oeiras and the final in Madrid.

But a thigh injury saw the Swiss man out of Rome Masters after his first match, and as recently as last week, Wawrinka was unsure about the healing process, stating, "There is a risk that I will not be able to play Roland Garros."

He is still in the draw however and on the schedule to play on Tuesday. His result for the week will depend completely on whether he is fit or not.

Thiemo De Bakker is no clay-courter. He is a big-server ranked No. 95 in the world and would ordinarily have little chance of even taking a set from an accomplished dirt-baller like Wawrinka.

Prediction - If Wawrinka's thigh is healed, the Swiss in straight sets.
