Murray opens London title defense on Wednesday World No. 4 Andy Murray will make his 2012 Queen’s Club debut, as he takes to the court against France’s Nicolas Mahut on Wednesday. The players are looking to secure a spot in the quarterfinal.

Top seed Andy Murray holds a 2-0 series edge against World No. 65 Nicolas Mahut. Wednesday signals their first meeting since 2008.

Murray makes his return to competition following a quarterfinal defeat to Spain’s David Ferrer at the French Open. The 25-year-old Scot has compiled a 26-8 season record entering into Queen’s Club, having reached the quarterfinal or better in seven events.

Mahut began the week with a 6-4, 6-2 victory over Guillermo Garcia-Lopez. The 30-year-old veteran is bidding for his 11th Tour-level win of the year.

    Prediction: Murray in straight sets.

Here's what Tommy Haas has to say about Andy's injuries:

"It is difficult when you play against someone who is walking on the court like he is not well or injured. I find no one does this better than Andy Murray, from time to time. Sometimes he looks like he can barely move, then comes the trainer and then he moves like a cat.

I believe everyone knows this now. People talk about it in the locker room."
