Top seed Jo-Wilfried Tsonga continues his effort at the China Open as he squares off against wildcard Ze Zhang. Former world No. 1 Juan Carlos Ferrero is also in round of 16 action, set to face countryman Marcel Granollers.

World No. 7 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga began his Beijing run with a straight-set victory over Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov. The Frenchman was tested but came through the 7-6(5), 7-5 match in an hour and 48 minutes.
He is bidding for his ninth ATP World Tour quarterfinal berth this season.
Wildcard Zhang came through his opener against compatriot Zhe Li in straight sets, 6-1, 6-3. The 21-year-old will attempt to win his second tour-level match in 2011.
Prediction: Tsonga in straight sets.
Juan Carlos Ferrero vs. Marcel Granollers
Former world No. 1 Juan Carlos Ferrero holds a 4-0 series lead over fellow Spaniard Marcel Granollers. The veteran has won two matches in 2011, which includes a third-round meeting at the 2011 US Open.
Ferrero defeated Brazilian Thomaz Bellucci in the first round, 6-1, 7-6(4). The 31-year-old looks to reach his fifth quarterfinal of the season.
Granollers scored a first-round upset of 5th seed Gilles Simon on Tuesday. The 25-year-old is bidding for his first hard-court quarterfinal berth in 2011.
Prediction: Ferrero in straight sets.
