Its been a difficult year for Arnaud Clement on the singles court. Few wins have seen the Frenchman tumble right out of the top 100 and he's been struggling even to win at challenger level
At lot of Clement's best results have come on outdoor hard but his flair and variety have been known to bamboozle opponents on the grass and he defeated two heavier hittiers (Ben Becker and Marcel Granollers) on the way to the last 8 here
However on the doubles court the veteran Frenchman is having the time of his life in conjunction with Michael Llodra, storming through to the Aussie Open final.
Del Potro is ranked 52 places higher at no 65 and has slipped backwards this year but remains a very raw talent. However with his height he's surely going to cause major damage on grass in the future. He could even be a factor in deciding the title here having cruised through his opening 2 matches, 7-6 7-6 on Wednesday against Rainer Schuettler
If nothing else the combustible temperaments of both men should make this an entertaining match. Del Potro won very convincingly 6-3, 6-1 in Munich last month
Prediction: Del Potro in 3
