    Simon headlines bottom half in Eastbourne France's Gilles Simon is set to enter the AEGON International seeded second, as the ATP World Tour continues the grass-court season in Eastbourne. The three-time quarterfinalist will be making his fourth appearance at the tournament.

    World No. 17 Gilles Simon is back on court after losing a round of 16 match to Roger Federer at Roland Garros. The 28-year-old Frenchman has compiled a 26-15 season record, having reached the quarterfinal or better in seven tournaments. Simon makes his return to the AEGON International for the first time since 2010.

    Simon leads the bottom half of the draw that alongside fellow seeds (3) Philipp Kohlschreiber, (5) Kevin Anderson and (7) Andreas Seppi.

    Other players in the same section include: Paul-Henri Mathieu, Radek Stepanek, Bernard Tomic, Julien Benneteau, Marinko Matosevic, Ryan Harrison, qualifier Guillaume Rufin and wildcard James Ward.

    After a first-round bye, Simon is scheduled to open his AEGON International campaign against either British wildcard Kyle Edmund or French qualifier Kenny De Schepper.
