  • Berdych impressed by Nadal comeback effort

    3/17/13 8:22 PM | Johan Lindahl
Berdych impressed by Nadal comeback effort Tomas Berdych has joined the chorus of compliments on the return to tennis of Rafael Nadal after the Spaniard defeated the Czech to set up a final at the first Masters 1000 of the season against Juan Martin Del Potro.

The No. 6 Berdych finished his own best week at the event by reaching the semi-finals, and said that Nadal, now on the cusp of a third title in a month, has barely lost a step after sitting out seven months with knee problems.

"He still plays very aggressive. In his first matches (February on clay) he might have been still missing a bit of confidence in his game. But now it's definitely not like that any more.

"He's starting to feel his game like he did before, he's playing really good."

So Rafa's aura is back in the locker room.

LOL. Like it's his place to be "impressed". Newsflash, Tomas - your H2H with Rafa is something like 13-3 now.

Actually I think he was just congratulating Rafa . There has been some bad feeling between these two in the past and I guess he wants to show that he is pleased for Rafa.

Nevertheless it hardly warrants a news flash from Lindt-all :-D

I wonder why some of the posters here feel obliged to attack Lindahl.

I think it's time commies stop talking about the incident in Madrid which happened about 100 years ago. They sound like a bunch of 13 year old girls when they talk about it every time Rafa and Berdy meet. I'm sure they both forgot about it years ago. They never mention Federer telling Djokovic's family to keep quiet every time they meet, or Delpo telling Murray that it's always the same with his mother or words to that effect..

I assume your question is rhetorical holdserve.
