In-form Djokovic reaches Dubai semi World No. 1 Novak Djokovic is through to the final four at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships after delivering a comprehensive defeat to 7th seed Andreas Seppi. The top seed will next face 4th seed Juan Martin Del Potro.

Novak Djokovic advanced to another semifinal in Dubai following his straight-sets ousting of Italy's Andreas Seppi. The 25-year-old, seeking his fourth title at the event, sealed the victory in 65 minutes, 6-0, 6-3.

Djokovic built a 6-0, 1-0 advantage before surrendering his first game of the match. The world No. 1 continued the effort to lead 3-1 and 5-2 in set two. After missing his first match point at 5-2, Djokovic connected on a second as Seppi erred on the forehand.

The World No. 1 completed the quarterfinal with six aces and four of eight break points converted.

He will take on fourth seed Juan Martin Del Potro for a place in the championship final. The Argentine defeated German qualifier Daniel Brands in the quarterfinals, 6-4, 6-2.

Dubai Championship is very interesting with the SF outcome. What more you can expect in a 500 tour.

Any TT member attend? It's great to hear any fresh report from there.
Of course not everyone go to Acapulco, no? :-)
