    Argentina through to Davis Cup quarterfinal Four-time Davis Cup finalist Argentina made the quarterfinal after David Nalbandian and partner Horacio Zeballos beat Germans Tobias Kamke and Christopher Kas in doubles. Argentina is through to face France in the next round.

    Former World No. 3 David Nalbandian clinched another tie for home nation Argentina, having successfully paired with compatriot Horacio Zeballos in Saturday's doubles rubber. The two took out the German pair of Tobias Kamke and Christopher Kas in four sets, 6-1, 6-4, 5-7, 6-2.

    World No. 12 Juan Monaco and world No. 70 Carlos Berlocq gave the four-time finalists a 2-0 edge after winning their respective matches on Friday.

    Argentina is through to face France for a berth in the Davis Cup semifinal. France built an unreachable 3-0 lead over Israel with help from Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Richard Gasquet, Michael Llodra and Julien Benneteau.
