    Nalbandian, Querrey through to London semifinals Former World No. 3 David Nalbandian advanced to the last four at Queen’s Club, having rallied to outlast Xavier Malisse on Friday. The Argentine is joined in the semifinal by Sam Querrey, who held off Croatia’s Ivan Dodig.

    (10) David Nalbandian def. Xavier Malisse 4-6, 7-6(2), 6-4

    Tenth seed David Nalbandian is through to the semifinal after taking out fellow veteran Xavier Malisse. The Argentine completed his second match of the day, having rallied to a 4-6, 7-6(2), 6-4 victory in two hours of play. With the match split at a set apiece, Nalbandian took a key break at 4-4 in the decider. He ended the evening with 10 aces and 91% of his first-service points won.

    Nalbandian will face Grigor Dimitrov in the next round. The Bulgarian rallied to upset 9th seed Kevin Anderson in the quarterfinal, 4-6, 6-4, 6-3.

    Sam Querrey def. Ivan Dodig 7-5, 3-6, 6-3

    Former champion Sam Querrey advanced to the final four by virtue of his three-sets ousting of Croatia’s Ivan Dodig. After splitting the first two sets, the American secured a service break at 3-2 in the final set. Querrey completed the quarterfinal with 8 aces, two service breaks and 49 of 58 first-service points captured.

    He is slated to take on 6th seed Marin Cilic in the semifinal.
