Scotland’s Andy Murray earned himself a spot in the final of the Brisbane International with an impressive win over Bernard Tomic.
Andy Murray overturned Australian hopeful Bernard Tomic in a 6-3, 6-2 in the Brisbane semifinals on Saturday. Murray, by far the more experienced and accomplished player, doled out a free lesson in tennis to the out-played Tomic.
In the one hour, ten minute match, Tomic never made a dent on Murray’s serve. The Scot, who has often struggled with a low first-serve percentage put in 71% of his first serves and an impressive 13 aces in the two short sets.
Tomic’s serve withered under the strength of the Murray return game. The Aussie faced down 11 break points, though he was able to stave off 8 of them.
Murray advances to Sunday’s final against Alexandr Dolgopolov.

I wonder if Murray is frightened of Lendl.Perhaps this is why he isn't fooling around.

He called him "Mr Lendl" in interview....sounds as if he's properly scared. Good, I'd be..;)
