Fourth seed Milos Raonic is through to the last four in Chennai following his straight-set win over Dudi Sela. The Canadian is joined by qualifier Go Soeda, who upset defending champion Stanislas Wawrinka.

Fourth seed Milos Raonic advanced to his first semifinal of the season, having upended Dudi Sela on Friday. The 21-year-old struck 15 aces through to a 7-6(4), 6-3 victory in 90 minutes. He completed the winning effort with 11 consecutive service games held.
"I got all of the things I needed to get done pretty well, and I managed to win," Raonic told ATPWorldTour.com. "I'll be looking to work on a few things and improve in my next match."
He will face second seed Nicolas Almagro for a place in the final. The Spaniard rallied to oust qualifier Yuichi Sugita in the quarterfinals, 4-6, 7-6(8), 6-4.
(Q) Go Soeda def. (3) Stanislas Wawrinka 6-4, 6-4
Qualifier Go Soeda is through to his first tour-level semifinal after taking out defending champion Stanislas Wawrinka. The 27-year-old converted five of eight break points through an hour and 43 minutes of play.
Soeda is slated to battle top seed Janko Tipsarevic in the next round. The Serbian defeated wildcard David Goffin in the quarterfinals, 6-2, 3-6, 6-2.
