The Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, Rhode Island hosts the last grass court event of the year, with John Isner headlining a modest field.
Americans John Isner, Ryan Harrison and Ryan Sweeting will be in action on the grass courts of Newport as others gear up for Davis Cup scheduled for this weekend.
Top seed John Isner will take on Slovakia’s Karol Beck, while Harrison faces the French veteran Arnaud Clement.
Bulgaria’s Grigor Dimitrov takes up residence at the bottom half of the draw as the No. 2 seed. He will have the task of getting past towering Croat Ivo Karlovic in the second round. Tommy Haas, who is recently returned to the ATP tour, also sits in the bottom section of the draw.
