Andy Roddick and Andy Murray will take to the court on quarterfinal day at Queen’s Club.
Andy Roddick vs. Fernando Verdasco
American Andy Roddick is not only back on his favored surface, but he will take on a player against whom he holds a healthy 9-3 record. Fernando Verdasco defeated Roddick the last time they played last year in San Jose, but Roddick won the previous 7 encounters.
The speedy surface in London will favor Roddick’s game, which relies heavily on big serving and shorter points. Verdasco likes to trade groundstrokes and while he hits big from the baseline, Roddick is not likely to get into lengthy exchanges in this match.
Prediction – Roddick for the win in straight sets.
Andy Murray vs. Marin Cilic
Great Britain’s Andy Murray will take on Marin Cilic of Croatia for a spot in the semifinals. Murray’s game matches up will with Cilic’s. They have met 6 times, with Murray coming out with 5 wins. Cilic’s only victory over the Scot came at the US Open back in 2009.
With Murray playing well in front of the home crowd and with Cilic not especially good form at the moment, this should be the Scot’s match to lose. Murray plays wily tennis, whereas Cilic prefers to hit big from the baseline and win with his serve. Expect Murray’s return game to do some serious damage to the Croat’s biggest weapon.
Prediction – Murray in 3.

well, let's face it. DelPo hasn't ever been great on grass. I wouldn't have guessed out in straights to a Frenchman ranked...like...500 in the world though. Terrible stuff.

Murray is through to the SF because Cilic pulled out with injury.
James Ward has just beaten Sam Querrey.

I heard that Queen's was canceled. With both Del Potro and Nalbandian losing in the same day, tourney brass decided there was no point to continue.
Straight sets to Mannarino? Either that's a misprint or you jinxed him. :D
