The engagement of one-time tennis heart-throb Mark Philippoussis looks to be finished when the two-time Grand Slam finalist appeared at a trendy LA nightclub without his ring.
Australian media are speculating that it means the end of his intended marriage to American actress Jennifer Esposito.
The pair were engaged last October but not date had been set. Philippoussis had been sporting an engagement ring as part of his Greek heritage; the pair have been missing in action - at least together - for the last few months.
Media also report that Philippoussis has returned to his former surfie-era area near San Diego while Esposito live in New York. Nevertheless, the former player looked in his element in LA as he chatted up various others, according to Aussie gossip reports.
It's never been love-all for Philippoussis, who broke an engagement to Miami heiress Alexis Barbara in 2006. His stable of babes over the years has included Paris Hilton, Australian popstar Delta Goodrem, Anna Kournikova, and actress Tara Reid to name but a few.
