Spanish Davis Cup captain Albert Costa is set to miss the weekend start of the national national tennis championships in Seville.
He was released from a Barcelona hospital following a heart scare just four days after his team's Davis Cup title success over the Czech Republic.
The 34-year-old, who won the 2002 French Open, was admitted to hospital after complaining of discomfort as he traveled to his office. Doctors believe the problems may been stress-related after he suffered chest pains, palpitations and hypertension.
The captain spent only a few hours in hospital, officials said. He was released and sent home, with medicos prescribing treatment and three days of rest.
Costa capped a wildly successful first year as captain after taking over from Emilio Sanchez.
