Boris Becker is quick to admit that his latest sporting love after tennis has to be poker.
The three-time Wimbledon champion has dabbled at the professional level, admitting that so far his fledgling career has yielded many more losses than his $40,000 in wins. But the 41-year-old can see similarities between the two activities.
"In tennis you need to know when to go in at the net. At the poker table (you must) watch your opponent's moves and go for a quick point to clinch the match. I think most tennis players would have a poker player's mentality."
Becker took a punt recently at an event in London, where he exited early from the table.
"This is my new passion," he told local media. "It takes me back to being 20 again.
"The poker tour is like a tennis tour, moving from city to city. It is very competitive. You need the same sort of discipline and mental application, studying the body language of your opponent... stamina too."
