Red Group winner Germany will battle Blue Group winner Serbia in the final round of World Team Cup competition on Saturday.
Rainer Schuettler vs. Viktor Troicki
Veteran Rainer Schuettler kicks off singles action against Viktor Troicki on Saturday afternoon. The German looks to rebound after a comprehensive 6-0, 6-0 loss to Robin Soderling on Thursday. The 33-year-old is 1-2 for the week, snagging a victory over Gilles Simon, 6-4, 6-4. Host nation Germany won all three of its ties to capture the top spot in the Red Group, defeating France, the United States, and defending champion Sweden. Germany took the title in 1989, 1994, 1998 and 2005.
Troicki leads the way for Blue Group winner and first-time entrant Serbia, a perfect 3-0 in ties this week. Serbia snagged victories over Italy, Russia, and three-time champion Argentina. Troicki collected two singles wins at the WTC, dismissing Argentine Maximo Gonzalez and Evgeny Korolev of Russia.
Schuettler and Troicki have played once before, with the German capturing a round of 16 victory at the 2007 tournament in Mumbai, 6-2, 6-7, 7-6.
Philipp Kohlschreiber vs. Janko Tipsarevic

The 25-year-old German scored a key point in the tie with Sweden Friday afternoon, knocking out Andreas Vinciguerra in straight sets, 6-1, 6-2. Kohlschreiber has been rock solid all week long, pocketing wins over American Robby Ginepri and Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.
Janko Tipsarevic regrouped after falling in his opening-round match to Argentine Juan Monaco, 6-4, 7-6. The 24-year-old bested both Russian Stanislav Vovk and Italian Francesco Piccari in straight sets.
