An Australian masseur plucked from obscurity two years ago by Roger Federer has become a regular in the players box during the Swiss star's run to the final in Melbourne.
It's living a dream for Gary Hamilton, 43, whose magic fingers seem to rub Federer the right way.
Hamilton served as a temporary masseur for ATP players during the Open after staff ran short, He was also employed as a masseur at an electric utility in country Victoria.
When regal Rog demanded Hamilton's exclusive services, the ATP balked, but Federer merely made the Aussie an offer he couldn't refuse to gain exclusivity.
Now, Hamilton often gets the call to board the jet and fly to tournaments around the world to help the No. 2 ease his aching muscles when needed.
He and his wife and two children have occupied pride of place during Federer matches in the box along side Federer girlfriend Mirka Vavrinec.

nadal ain't got a chance to win tomorrow. federer better make sure to take the itf and the tournament directors to dinner after this one, they fixed it for him.

I think its bs to already put Nadal out. We know Federer freezes time and time again when he sees Rafa across the net.

for them to have fixed it, they would have had to assume Federer would have made it to the final.
If anything, Nadal's opponents were much easier than Federer's.
Does Federer's skill set match up perfectly with Roddick and Del Potro. Yes, he dictates points, but it doesn't deny the fact that they are both teetering on becoming top 5 players again.
Federer played a 5 set match as well. If the match Nadal had would have gone the way most people thought it would have, which would be a 3 set affair, considering Nadal's head to head against Verdasco, then nobody would be complaining.
Nadal becomes #1 in the world, and it's all the sudden an excuse for him having to battle it out.
Does everyone forget the same semi final scheduling occurred in previous AO's as well.
