Andy Murray may be set to switch clothing sponsors on the 100th anniversary of the birth of Fred Perry, inspiration and founder of his current brand.
London's Times reports that the British No. 1 could be ready to move to K-Swiss, which made its name dressing Anna Kournikova.
Murray, 21, was courted by Britain's Perry company as a youngster and signed a contract four years ago as he began to make his breakthrough by winning the US Open juniors.
The world No. 4,according to the Times, could be onto a $3 million contract which is to be announced at the Abu Dhabi exhibition in early January.
The Scot is wrapping up three weeks of fitness training in Florida before returning for the holidays and then traveling to the Gulf.
