I like your theroy - ver flattering. I do have to poke a hole in it... firstly - I'm in Sydney and it is cold. Secondly, I have had a few bad kissing Aussie blokes experiences.

Random observations:

1) Safin looks a little bit thinner and more haggard then usual. It has been fairly warm in LA, so I'm wondering if that is the cause. He is doing well in LA, winning his doubles matches as well as his singles matches.

2) Never has there been more hair and glam than the doubles match with Lopez/Verdasco and Del Potro/Fognini. Del Potro cut his earlier, but somehow it still manages to look huge. Lopez is quite a bit skinnier in person than you'd imagine. He resembles a praying mantis. Not very attractive in my opinion. ;p

3) Verdasco easily has the best body I have ever seen. I thought that Juan Monaco (ARG) had that prize won, when I saw his blue spandex number in IW and Miami. This confirms what my interviewed source in Cincy said- and why all of his female staff mates drool over him constantly. His parents should be proud.

4) I received an email from a source who did not wish to be named. He claims to have slept with David Ferrer. Before the questions flood in, I have no idea upon which side of the fence that man rests. When I ran into him in Toronto a couple of times, he was pleasant enough, and a lot smaller in person than I have expected him to be.

5) As the week has gone on, I've noticed that people are wearing less and less clothing. Typical LA, but at night, some of the women are nearing swatches and dental floss level. My personal favourite? Either the legs or the cleavage can show, but never at the same time!

A couple of things to answer before the night matches. John McEnroe is playing in his 1,000,000 match tonight. Not bad for a man in his 70's. :)
